1. Services
PoojaPay1 is a brand of POOJA ENTERPRISES (Proprietor: Pooja Sameer Thorat, GSTIN 27FFGPR7673L1ZH). PoojaPay1 provides recharge, BBPS bill payment and PAN application services to registered retailers and distributors through authorised partners.
2. Wallet
The wallet balance is a prepaid business balance usable only for PoojaPay1 services. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another person (except distributor-to-retailer network transfers).
3. Retailer responsibilities
Retailers must enter correct customer details, keep their TPIN and password confidential and must not carry out any unlawful transaction. A successful recharge to a wrong number cannot be reversed.
4. Commission
Commission rates are published on the website and in the app and may change. Applicable TDS is deducted on commission.
5. Account suspension
Accounts may be suspended temporarily or permanently in case of fraud, false KYC information or violation of these terms.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
