1. Information we collect
At registration: name, mobile, email and shop address. For KYC: PAN and only the last 4 digits of Aadhaar (we never store the full Aadhaar number). For transactions: customer number, amount and time.
2. How we use information
To provide services, complete transactions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations (for example TDS and NPCI/RBI rules).
3. Data security
Sensitive data is stored with AES-256 encryption. All communication is over TLS (HTTPS). Passwords and TPINs are stored as one-way hashes.
4. Who we share information with
Only with the authorised partners required to complete a transaction (BBPS operating unit, recharge operators, NSDL/UTIITSL), and with government agencies where required by law. We never sell your information.
5. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
You have the right to access and correct your information and to request closure of your account. Transaction records that the law requires us to keep are retained for the prescribed period.
